When facing a sign-in error that will not load MobileCRM properly, claims the user does not exist or invalid password, the cause is likely the Save Password option was not toggled on when filling in the appropriate fields.



Down below is what it will look like if filled appropriately. The "xxx" is replaced by the user's CPS email.



To reach the point to sync and sign-in, close out MobileCRM first. The user will then open up File Explorer and in the address path field enter: %appdata%.



A direct window will open up to your destination. Find MobileCRM folder and delete it.


Go back and launch MobileCRM app, sign-in with credentials and sync.
