To be able to share your entire OneDrive to another person, you will need to move them to a single folder. If you only need to share one or a few selective files, you can right-click and click Share like in Step 3 through 5.



1. Move folders into the desired folder. MasterRoot for this example. You can select all except for the folder all files are going into and drag and drop them in.


 

2. It should look like this with just one folder.


 

3. Right-click the folder and Share.


 

4. Go to the settings icon. 

 

5. Select the option in how you want to share the link. If its only with specific people, the last option is best practice. You can also change the permissions to view only or can edit to allow changes to be made to files as well as block off the ability to download. Hit Apply when everything is set. Add the person you want to have access to the link in the picture above, add a message if you like, and hit Send to share the link to be emailed to the person.
