Enable Call Forwarding in RingCentral

When to Use This

  • You want calls to ring another device or number
  • You are away from your desk and need calls forwarded

Steps

  1. Open the RingCentral app
  2. Click Settings (gear icon or left menu)
  3. Go to Phone → Incoming Call Rules
  4. Toggle Forward All Calls ON
  5. Click the arrow next to the toggleto:
    • Choose where calls should be forwarded
    • Set a schedule (optional)
  6. Click Save

What to Expect

  • Incoming calls will ring the selected devices/numbers
  • Calls will follow the order and settings you configured
