MobileTech Sync Issues

When to Use This

  • MobileTech is not syncing or updating
  • Data looks outdated
  • Restarting the app did not fix the issue

Step 1: Clear the MobileTech Cache

  1. Open File Explorer
  2. In the address bar, paste:

    %appdata%
  3. Press Enter
  4. Open the Roaming folder (if not already there)
  5. Locate the MobileCRM folder
  6. Right-click the folder and select Delete

Step 2: Reopen MobileTech

  1. Launch MobileTech
  2. Enter the following information when prompted:
  1. Continue through the login process

What to Expect

  • The application will begin syncing automatically
  • You should see a message indicating the app has updated

If You Get an Error

  • Double-check your login information
  • If prompted, select “Delete Data” and try again

Submit a helpdesk ticket and include:

  • A screenshot of the error (if available)
  • A brief description of what’s happening
