When to Use This
- MobileTech is not syncing or updating
- Data looks outdated
- Restarting the app did not fix the issue
Step 1: Clear the MobileTech Cache
- Open File Explorer
In the address bar, paste:
%appdata%- Press Enter
- Open the Roaming folder (if not already there)
- Locate the MobileCRM folder
- Right-click the folder and select Delete
Step 2: Reopen MobileTech
- Launch MobileTech
- Enter the following information when prompted:
- User Mode: Standard User
- URL: https://mt.cliffordpower.com/clif
- Username: your email (example: username@cliffordpower.com)
- Password: CPSMTXX (your initials)
- Save Password: Checked
- Continue through the login process
What to Expect
- The application will begin syncing automatically
- You should see a message indicating the app has updated
If You Get an Error
- Double-check your login information
- If prompted, select “Delete Data” and try again
