Instructions to manage call handling/forwarding are as below.


*For those using the RingCentral Phone and not RingCentral dkes, skip to step 1a at the bottom of the page in how to get to the settings below. Desktop users should have similar viewing as pictures in this article.*


1. Go to Settings on the left-hand pane. Click on Phone. Find Incoming calls, and click Call rules and voicemail to Edit.


2. Under My work day, click on Incoming Calls.

3. Incoming calls will be brought up. This is where you can toggle on what devices receives calls, whether it rings in order of devices or all at once, and may more options.


4. If you like to add a new number, you can click Add number or coworker. This will allow you to select anyone in CPS extension/number when you select Coworker. If you like to add a custom number, either select the desired Number or type it in. Make sure the toggle is enabled to ring to that device. Setting voicemail and or moving voicemail calls to another extension is also in this option. Remember to Save to keep changes!



Step 1a. This step is for those using RingCentral Phone. To get to Settings, find the gear icon at the bottom of the app GUI. It is located at the bottom of the RC Phone window. Next, in the General section, scroll down and click My extension settings. Once the web browser brings up the settings, select Call Handling and like Step 2, make adjustments as necessary. Remember to Save to keep changes.
