LOAMS no longer exists in Google Play store for Android users. Please follow the guide below to have it installed onto your mobile device.


Get access to O: drive. You can achieve this by connecting to CPS-WiFi or if you are connecting through hotspot, connect to Azure VPN Client.

*Confirm your laptop's Bluetooth is turned on.


Once there, select the APK file > Right-click > Sent to > Bluetooth device.

A list will appear. Find the Phone that says corresponds with your device models, e.g. Galaxy S22. 

Select the device > uncheck 'Use authentication (if this part fails with it uncheck, check it)> Click Next

A screen will pop up on your mobile device and you will need to Accept it to start the file transfer.


*If you do not see the device and it's not appearing, go to your Bluetooth on your phone and laptop, toggle them both off and on. If still no results, pair them up and try again.



Once it finishes transferring the device, click Finish.



On the mobile device, find the pop-up message that appeared on the top end and click into LOAMS Mobile_1.1.4.apk

You will be required to turn on Bluetooth Agent. Select the Settings.



Toggle Bluetooth Agent. Install. Once that's done, you can open the app and log on.
