Confirm that MT is not running. You may consider syncing first before this step if changes had been made since the last sync.
1. Open File Explorer and enter %appdata% in the file path field.
2. Right-Click the 'MobileCRM' folder then delete it
3. Launch MobileTech and you'll need to enter the below info:
URL - https://mt.cliffordpower.com/clif
USER - flast@cliffordpower.com
PW - CPSMTXX
**Remember to save your login info
