If your MobileCRM phone app no longer lets you log in, an error occurred preventing you from accessing it, or you need to clear data out after doing a sync > delete data > resync, follow below to find the app's storage to clear credentials.


This applies to Android phones only.


Pull up Settings. Scroll down to Apps. Click on it.



Scroll down to find MobileCRM or search of it in the search bar (circled in red). Click on it.



Scroll down to Storage. Click on it.



Clear cache and Clear Data.



You can now open up MobileCRM and enter in your credentials again.
