Phone Email/Contact Sync Setup

*If you have already set up the Email App but want to sync up Contacts, start at step 11, pg. 6.

1. To get started, open the Google Play Store app.
2. If you have not signed in, you may do so now, or create a new login with your issued CPS email.
3. Search for Samsung Email and download it. Once its finished downloading, open it.

        5. Next, select Office 356 as the email to set up.

         6. Enter in your CPS email address and password.

        8. Allow permissions.

        9. Set up how many days you like the Emails to sync up to. 2 weeks is a good period. Hit Done.

        10. Hit Activate to complete the Email App setup.

        11. You are now ready to sync contacts.

        12. Go to Contacts. Find the Settings icon, usually a gear cog, or three bars icon. Select Manage contacts.

        13. Select, sync Contacts.

        14. Finally, toggle your Clifford email and hit Sync at the bottom to sync CPS contacts.

        15. You are now able to search up contacts by name and they will appear in your search.
